Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kummify ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to restaurant operators, staff, and authorized users.
2. Service Description
Kummify provides cloud-based restaurant POS software including QR menu ordering, kitchen display, billing, analytics, and related features. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required.
3. Account & Registration
You must provide accurate business and contact information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or as agreed in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data; we process it only to provide and improve the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kummify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
